      Hi, I didn’t have my ChampSchool notebook when Chris gave us that final quote yesterday. Was it “quit crashing your coffee”? Thank you again to everyone involved. It was a lot of information to process, but I appreciated how we covered the topics from ChampU but went deeper and learned some new things, like the OODA loop and using the rear brake.

      My main reflection notes:
      Always look where I want to go, never where the bike is going (I often say this to myself, but I have to work on it).
      Never give up on the brakes; with the brakes on, I can control my speed and direction.
      I never want to be a passenger.
