Alan, how do you like that E-bike?

          I’m currently riding a 2015 Yamaha FZ-09 and a 2018 BMW S1000R.
          Both very different machines.
The Yamaha has been more or less my dedicated track bike and will be the bike I use for the YCRS. 🙂

            Both beautiful bikes!

I ride a 2022 Genuine G400. Not real common, it’s nearly the same bike as the Honda CB400ss that was only sold overseas. It’s very hipster retro, but I loved the old CL350 and CB350 bikes.

I’ve had a ton of small/mid-size bikes over the years since my Suzuki 1971 TS185 I bought for 50 bux in 1986…

                I’m on a 2018 GSXR750 for the track and a 2018 BMW S1000R for Street.

2023 Suzuki Hayabusa and 2021 Harley Fat Boy.

                  Brenden C. Anderson

2019 Ducati 959 Pan of Noodles…I mean Panigale.

I used to call it my “chick bike” but after watching Kayla Y race in the Junior Cup last year on the Ninja 400, all I can say now is I just wish I could ride like a chick…that girl is a killer!

                      Awesome bikes!

And yes, Kayla is a badass!

2019 959 Panigale Corse, and traded the 2018 Super Sport (which I LOVED) for the 2022 V4 Street Fighter. What a machine the SF is! I still miss my panniers, but making do with a back pack for the longer rides. No regrets, for sure.

I have a Triumph Thruxton (2004), Suzuki DR650 and a Harley FLHC. Ride the Thruxton most.

My neighbor has a Triumph Thruxton 900 that I really, really want. It sits in their driveway in the rain with a rusty chain, and I expect a dead battery…She will not sell it to me because it means too much to her, is that ironic?

Let it get good and rusty, that way I’ll get it cheap…someday. In the meantime I keep my own bike immaculate.

My current motorcycle is a 1993 Yamaha FJ 1200. I’ve upgraded the suspension and front and rear wheels to modern standards. It is a total hoot in the twisties and is as comfortable as any street bike that I’ve ever ridden. I will be adding a lighter, more tossable motorcycle suitable for track days to the garage soon. Probably something like a Ninja 400, KTM 390 Duke or a Yamaha R7.

I’m a big fan of the Ninja 400 for the track, as it’s a fantastic way to improve while not breaking the bank!

Too bad your neighbor is so attached, you’re right to want to save it. I love mine cause it takes me back to my old Meridian Triumphs, the new ones are more advanced but they just don’t sound like Triumphs with their 270 degree cranks.
