      Hi Maude,

      I’ve got our dev team looking into that right now. Our security settings currently limit the number of devices that may be logged in to an account at any time, but seeing as almost every issue so far is with users on iOS platforms, my guess is that iOS’ privacy restrictions and our WordPress plugins are not “playing nice.” I’ll know more and get back to you once we have some clarity on where the point of failure is. Really appreciate you bringing this up!

        Hey,

        Im in Indonesia, videos wont load on all devices, even on macbook. videos wont appear. only some devices and if internet is super strong. the page just shows up blank.

          Hey Dominic,

          Please navigate to https://vimeo.com/ and try clicking on any random video. If the video loads, its a problem on our end. If it does not, you may need a VPN to access the content on our site.
