Ride your ride. Crash your crash. If you do not counter steer you will eventually have a problem. Imho.

Unbelievably response the utube site I directed you clearly shows an individual riding a motorcycle steering test and right with just body weight
I was interested in your response why California super bike school had a bike with set bars unmovable saying you cannot steer a bike without counter steering
Your response is both simplistic and annoying levsimple Have you looked at the utube site have you seen how the bike can be steered without any hands on the bars

You should post the link to which you are speaking. In any event, feel free to ride in traffic with no hands on the bars or enjoy some spirited riding on twisty mountain roads. Good luck. You can “steer” with only your body. It is an excellent way to become a crash test dummy. I understand that your translation may not have intended to be rude. I would suggest you go practice and post again with your results. Ride safe.

Countersteering is the single most effective and efficient way to deflect the tire and cause the motorcycle to lean. In fact, even moving our bodies causes a subtle counter-steer.
While we may use our bodies as levers to change the rate of lean after we’ve begun to lean, we still rely on countersteering to initiate the whole process.
