I am taking the ChampU online course right now and have a question. I am in Florida, the land of long straight roads and long sweeping corners. I was out practicing (BMW s1000XR) body position this past weekend on a high speed, long sweeping corner, no actual braking needed but still applied the 5% for practice. I would enter the corner at 65mph with my body inside of the center line and my head leaning as well, I held my line quit comfortably but by the time my bike was upright, I was at 80mph. The increase in speed was unintentional and I worked at maintaining constant 65, but I always bumped up 15mph. I couldn’t figure this out for the life of me. When I took the same corner with typical upright (Not correct) position, my speed remained constant…HELP! Thank you in advance. Brad
