Will there be a ChampBody section or topic where we can ask Jen and Matt questions?
I have just done my self assessment. In my opinion there is a lot of content before we get to actually doing something. For me it is too much (given my own experience in sports and exercise), but I can understand the intent behind it.
Self assessment is really good, very professionally set up and gave me good info. Two areas I know I am a bit limited, one new one, and several good areas where I actually have ample mobility.
