Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is probably more strict than a typical track day. Track Days are low price/ high volume so a few empty seats here and there won’t hurt too bad; with our higher price and lower volume, we could not afford to be too open with our cancel and reschedule policy, so please read this policy thoroughly.

We are a small business with incredibly high overhead costs, but we do try to work with you as best we can without hurting our ability to do a good job and stay in business.

 

YCRS Refund/Cancel/Reschedule Policy:

 

30 Days or More Before the Registered School Start Date:  You may cancel and receive a refund, minus a 10% service fee, or you may reschedule the class to a date within one calendar year (365 days) for no additional fee. 

29 to 15 Days Before the Registered School Start Date:  No refunds are allowed. However, you may reschedule your class once, subject to a 10% service fee.

14 Days or Less of the Registered School Start Date: There are no cancellations or rescheduling allowed inside of 14 days.  The only exception:  if you or we can find someone to take/purchase your seat (e.g., a friend is willing to purchase your seat or we have a wait list). If this happens, you may reschedule according to the policy below (subject to a 10% service fee), but cancellation/refund is not an option.

Rescheduling Policy: You must attend a rescheduled class within one calendar year of your original school start date. Failure to attend the rescheduled date will result in a forfeiture of your entire payment.
Only one reschedule is authorized.
All requests for rescheduling must be in writing (email is preferred).
